Kent Williams, the Principal of Williams Law Firm, has 30 years of experience litigating class action and other complex antitrust, securities fraud, consumer fraud, and employment cases in state and federal courts around the country.
Kent Williams has successfully litigated a variety of class action and other complex matters against building material manufacturers, telecommunications companies, infant formula manufacturers, software companies, drug companies, the local bus company, a restaurant chain, and many others.
Kent's three decades of experience includes litigating hundreds of individual employment arbitrations and a nationwide employment collective action against a large corporation; working with strategic communications firms to formulate public messaging in complex, high-profile cases; building and managing large discovery teams to obtain, analyze, and organize millions of documents and other evidence; and developing expert testimony in a variety of fields such as forensic accounting, business valuations, drug safety protocols, computer technology, and health care economics.
As a boy, Kent learned the value of a hard day's work working on his family's farm in the Chippewa Valley of Wisconsin. Later, he put himself through college doing odd jobs like beekeeping, market research analysis and dinner theatre. Kent and his wife of 35 years have two daughters and live in the Twin Cities area. Kent enjoys fishing, reading, writing, spending time with his family, and playing fetch with his dogs.
